PCT Mentorship Program

At Pickerington Community Theatre, our mission goes beyond simply putting on shows for the community. That’s why we’re proud to offer a mentorship program for those interested in learning more about the technical and creative aspects of theater production. Whether you’re brand new or looking to grow your existing skills, this program provides hands-on experience in areas like directing, costumes, props, set design and building, sound or light design and operation, or stage management. Participants commit to working on one full production and are paired with a department head who will guide them through the process. Depending on the area, this may include attending rehearsals, production meetings, tech week, and performances. PCT is an inclusive organization, and we welcome anyone interested in becoming part of the collaborative effort that makes live theater happen.

Use the link to access the PCT Mentorship Interest Form. Please complete all sections on the form, even if the response is “none” or “n/a”. After we receive your submission the respective department head will be in touch with you to discuss your goals, expectations and schedule to get your individual mentorship experience started.
